Steedrise Studio ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent mobile game studio. This policy lays out the data our games and our website (steedrisestudio.com) can gather, what happens to it afterwards, and how you stay in control. Give any of our titles a spin, and this policy covers that too.
Section 01Information in Play
You can finish every one of our games without signing up anywhere. While the engine runs, though, a few things reach us:
- Your hardware and setup — the model in your hand, its operating-system build, screen dimensions, and preferred language.
- How you play — levels finished, run lengths, features you touch, plus automatic reports whenever something crashes.
- The ad ID your device exposes, which advertising companies read to pick the ads you're shown.
- Progress files — these sit on your device itself unless you attach a store account to carry them across.
Nothing here can identify you personally: we don't want your name, your number, or where you are.
Section 02Why We Use It
Everything listed above pulls one of five jobs:
- keeping the games alive — servers, levels, features, the lot;
- reading anonymous patterns so difficulty ramps feel fair;
- tracking down the crashes that reports point at;
- funding free play through advertising, and measuring whether it works;
- keeping cheats and fraud off the track.
Section 03Ad Partners Inside Our Games
Free-to-play needs revenue, so our titles carry advertising. Networks such as Google AdMob plug in via their own SDKs, reading the identifiers mentioned earlier to choose and size up the ads inside a game.
- You can pull the plug on personalization whenever you like — clear or reset the ad ID on Android, or decline tracking in iOS settings.
- Whatever a network collects inside its SDK follows that network's own privacy rules — worth a read if you're curious.
- Rest assured: selling anyone's personal information isn't a business we're in.
Section 04Keeping It Safe
Data sticks around only while it still serves one of the purposes above, and it may sit on hardware belonging to providers spread across different countries. We match our protections to how sensitive the material is. Perfect security doesn't exist anywhere — ours included — but guarding what we hold against loss, leaks, and tampering is a job we take seriously.
Section 05Players Under 13
Children aren't who we build for. Should a player under 13 — or under 16 anywhere that's the bar, like the EEA and UK — hand over personal details without us knowing, a parent or guardian can flag it at secarujile067@gmail.com and the deletion happens fast.
Section 06Rights You May Have
Laws in different places hand players different levers:
- GDPR, EEA/UK: see it, fix it, wipe it, pause it, move it, push back on it — and escalate to your regulator if needed;
- CCPA, California: learn what's gathered, have it removed, and refuse any "sale" without losing service quality;
- Everywhere else: your local statutes decide.
One email to secarujile067@gmail.com sets any of this in motion; a reply lands within a reasonable window.
Section 07Countries Involved
The studio operates out of China, and providers we rely on run systems in many corners of the map — so the data tied to your play may cross borders. Wherever a transfer needs legal cover, we arrange it.
Section 08When This Policy Changes
Rules shift as products do. After any rework of this policy, the "Effective" line up top becomes the current truth — carry on playing, and the new text applies.
Section 09Talk to Us
Privacy questions are welcome ones. Drop us a line.
